What we collect

Your email address and name, provided when you sign in through Clerk, our authentication provider. The Etsy listing URLs you submit for analysis. Basic usage data — how many checks you've run and when — stored in our database to power your history and enforce free-tier limits. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the listing analysis service, to enforce usage limits on the free tier, and to process your subscription (Stripe handles all payment processing). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to run the service: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI analysis, and Firecrawl for reading public listing pages.

Data retention

Check results are stored to power your history and usage limits. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@shopfix.io.

Etsy listing data

We only read publicly accessible Etsy listing pages. We do not store or redistribute raw Etsy listing content beyond what's needed to show you your results. ShopFix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
